Feedback service

Submission, review, voting, and status behaviour.

Feedback can be a bug, feature request, or general feedback item. A submission requires a title, description, email address, and valid project key.

Public boards can list and vote on requests. The private inbox can update status or delete a request. The retained statuses support existing data: new, acknowledged, investigating, planned, in_progress, resolved, dismissed, and on_roadmap.

SaaS Maker does not turn feedback into tasks or marketing work. Fleet Workspace or the product repository decides what to do after review.
